Access to Sussex Polo Club is via a working farm and rural residential area. Please respect our neighbours by driving slowly through the farm and following the directional signage.

Chukka Shirts

Sussex Polo Club Chukka Shirts are green and gold, and are designed for easy identification of team members in chukka practice. Please bring both colours of shirts with you as you may be asked to wear either colour at chukkas. Anyone not wearing an appropriate coloured chukka shirt above Instructional Level will be asked to stand down or borrow a coloured bib. Chukka shirts are available from the Polo Office and may be personalised with your name.

Dress Code

Brown boots and Polo Whites are to be worn for weekend chukkas and tournaments. Hard hats are to be worn at all times whilst mounted. We recommend that you wear a hat to British Safety standards. Denim jeans are usually worn for weekday chukkas.

Dogs

Dogs are welcome if kept on a lead and under control at all times. Please clean up responsibly after your pet.

Bouncy castles Inflatable castles & slides are sometimes provided for visitors to Sussex Polo. Please ensure your child is supervised at all times. No liability will be accepted by Sussex Polo Club or its staff for any injury to their person whilst on the premises.

Polo is a dangerous sport, everyone rides at their own risk.
