Chukkas
Please book your chukkas at least 12 hours in advance either by leaving a message on the dedicated Chukka line Tel: 01342 -719292 or you can e-mail or text your requirements to Chukkas@sussexpolo.co.uk.

Please note that once the chukka list is completed we cannot guarantee the acceptance of late bookings. As we aim to start chukkas on time wherever possible, chukkas will proceed in the absence of late players.

Polo Grounds & Stick & Ball Facilities
- The Main Tournament grounds are not to be used for general exercising and stick and ball practice.
- Pre-match practice is to be contained within the Stick & Ball ground or the perimeter of Ground 1.
- All the grounds are closed to members on Mondays & Fridays for maintenance.

Hard Hats
ANYONE RIDING ON CLUB PREMISES MUST WEAR A HARD HAT

Dress Code
All players are to provide their own team or club chukka shirts and white trousers for tournaments and weekend chukkas.

Dogs
Members, guests and visitors are responsible for keeping their dogs under strict control at all times.

Vehicles
Vehicles are admitted on condition that Sussex Polo Club is not liable for any loss or damage to any vehicle or anything outside or nearby the vehicle, however any such loss or damage is caused.

Personnel
All riders and personnel enter the club at their own risk. No liability will be accepted by Sussex Polo Club or its staff for any injury to their person whilst on the premises.
